The legal and Juridical analysis of the influence of media on violation of person’s privacy

Abstract
Although the term privacy hasn’t been used in verses and Islamic traditions, there are a lot of the Holy Prophet and the Imams( PBUH) verses which can be extracted the privacy by explaining these Islamic viewpoint ,and they can be Mentioned as the religious principles to protect the privacy. The verses which are a bout Prohibition of search and investigation, suspicion, eavesdropping, and backbiting refer to this term. Today, the media, especially the press, have come as an affecting role on public opinion. This has led to a big problem mean while the development of information technology, the media have gained strength to enter the privacy and determining the scope of privacy principles.one of the ethical principles of the media is their respect the citizens privacy. Sometimes the right of free access information and the right of informing will Conflict the personal privacy right. Since stability of Islam refer to this point that is can keep pace whit the developments in human societies; in this paper We have tried to search the legal and juridical concept of privacy and examples of violations of privacy by the media, by using the dynamics of Islam we suggested the solution can be used anytime and anywhere. In the order to determine the people privacy range, we should refer to the praxis and interests of the community. These are items which can be used a lot in the religious fields.
