THE LEGAL FORMS, WAYS AND TYPES OF STATE ACCOUNT OF OBJECTS AND SUBSTANCES, WHICH HARMFULLY INFLUENCE THE STATE OF THE ENVIRONMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the legal forms, methods and types of state accounting of objects and substances that adversely affect the state of the environment. In the course of the research it was established that the main types of such accounting are primary and secondary accounting; legal forms of its implementation are statistical observations, reporting and maintenance of special state registers based on the implementation of such methods of information collection, for example: identification of hazard objects, environmental certification, declaration of safety of high-risk facilities, inventory of hazardous substances emissions and monitoring of the state of the environment. A legal definition of the concept of state registration of objects and substances harmful to the state of the environment is proposed.
