THE LEGAL NATURE OF ACTS OF CONSTITUTIONAL JUSTICE

Abstract
This paper investigates the question of the legal nature and legal force of decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. Acts of constitutional jurisdiction compared with the regulations and the constitutional court precedents. Legal validity of decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine revealed through the analysis of their commitment, finality and legal consequences.
