The legal results of illegal cutting down of forest

Abstract
In the article I analyze the problems of protection of forests and revival of them. I determined about results of illegal cutting down of forest on the territory of Ukraine. It was paid close attention on the importance of forests for our life and for environmental defence. In the article I fixed about basic problems of operations with illegal cutting down of forest in Ukraine. I analyzed the control measure, which it is necessary to do for improvement the situation in Ukraine in this sphere. I determined some control measure, which Ukraine has realized in the sphere of protection and revival of forests. It was made the comparison of experience of Ukraine and other countries in this sphere. It was investigated the question of international organizations, which accomplish the monitoring in the sphere of cutting down of forests in other countries of world. In the article I analyzed the acts of legislation of Ukraine, which accomplish the legislative regulation the question of cutting down of forests. I paid close attention on the specific problems with the cutting down of forests in the Carpathian Mountains. It was analyzed the special importance of the experience of European Union for Ukraine.
