THE LEGAL STRUCTURE OF LEGAL ENTITIES: THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF UKRAINIAN AND FOREIGN LAWS

Abstract
The comparative analysis of Ukrainian and foreign laws, which are related with the issues of the concept and some structural components of legal entity is considered in this article. Such it’s components as meaning, procedure of creation, legal status, legal structure and organization of activity are investigated. Drawn the conclusion about the possible results of the research of foreign legal entity and it can improve the understanding of possible optimization and theoretical issues that are related with legal entity in Ukraine.
