The Main Directions of Improving the Use of Labor Resources in Agriculture

Abstract
The article analyzes the characteristics of the labor force in order to identify the reserves increase their efficiency on farms. The basic reasons affecting the efficiency of labor and ways of mitigating the use of labor in the agricultural sector were determined.
