THE MAIN DIRECTIONS OF INFORMATION SOCIETY LEGAL REGULATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article investigates the main directions of the functioning of the information society in Ukraine on the basis of existing legislation. Particular attention is accented on the e-government and information security. It was determined that e-medicine, e-tax, e-education need to be included into legal regulation.
