Abstract

The article is devoted to the complex analysis of the reform process in China at the end of the ХХ century. In particular, the main directions, goals, tasks, features of the policy of modernization and openness. We studied the main aspects of «socialism with Chinese characteristics», political-legal ideology of the reforms, the influence of traditional Confucian values. Through the study of a large array of monographic literature methods are defined, features and character transformation in China.
