THE MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF EQUALITY OF CITIZENS BEFORE THE LAW IN LAWMAKING ACTIVITY OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION SUBJECTS

Abstract
This article explores the basic requirements for the application of the principle of equality of citizens before the law in lawmaking activities of public administration. The analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine on this issue was conducted. The author concluded that the unsatisfactory state of legal enforcement of the principle of equality of citizens before the law in law-making activities of public administration, resulting in practical (ie prevailing in most cases) no fixed requirements for the application of this principle in the regulations dealing regulation of the legal status, order activity of public administration, legislative activities of the public administration and so on. The author emphasizes the need for work to improve the current regulatory framework towards the introduction of a mechanism to ensure the equality of citizens before the law in law-making activities of public administration.
