The mechanism of ensuring the right to receive qualified legal assistance.

Abstract
The article covers the investigation of the mechanism for ensuring the right to receive qualified legal assistance. It is emphasized that securing the right to qualified legal assistance is a process that encompasses several stages: the creation of conditions for the use of rights; the consolidation of legal means and methods of using law and its protection; the formation of the integral system of state bodies, taking into account the legislative determination of their competence designed to contribute to the use of the right to receive qualified assistance and, if necessary, ensure its protection; the practical implementation of the law-enforcing and human rights competence of state bodies and officials. It is concluded that the right to receive qualified legal assistance, guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine, is the subjective right of every person. This right has its own meaning and is under the protection of the state in case of its violation.
