THE METHODS OF PERSUASION AND COERCION IN ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITY OF THE LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES

Abstract
The article reviews the scope and importance of belief and coercion in administrative activity of the law enforcement services. Analyzed the content of the common methods of law enforcement. As a result, research legislation and scientific works author defines the role of persuasion and coercion in administrative activity of the law enforcement services.
