THE MODERN CONDITION OF THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE DOMESTIC MARKET OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINE BUILDING ON THE INTERNATIONAL STAGE

Abstract
Problem setting. Today, agricultural machinery in Ukraine is characterized by outdated fixed assets and a difficult material and technical situation, which led to a low level of competitiveness of enterprises in the industry both in the foreign market and in the domestic market. Article’s main body. The purpose of this article is to study the real state of competitiveness of the agricultural machinery market in Ukraine and to develop ways that will increase the competitiveness of domestic agricultural machinery from a legal point of view. Conclusions and prospects for the development. So, in our opinion, for the approximation of domestic agricultural machinery to modern models of world producers, thus increasing their competitiveness, it is necessary: - development of the State Program for the development of the agricultural machinery market, which will meet the current realities; - state support of agricultural machine-building enterprises; - creation of a complex program of innovative development of the agricultural machinery market; - renovation of technological equipment of enterprises; - compliance of domestic standards of agro-industrial products with international standards; - supervision over the technical condition of agricultural machinery, creation and maintenance of its single electronic register; - testing and certification of new technical means, monitoring their quality, compliance with modern requirements; - interaction of agricultural enterprises with scientific research institutions; - organization of international exhibitions, conferences, etc. on the territory of Ukraine and promotion of participation of domestic producers in such events abroad. The realization of these tasks can be accomplished with the help of foreign investments and financial support from the state provided that an effective system of economic and legal support of this sphere is created. Taking into account the foregoing, we can conclude that, at the present stage, domestic enterprises producing agricultural machinery can not compete with foreign producers of agricultural machinery and bring profit to the national economy because they do not correspond to the current level of scientific and technological progress.
