THE MODERN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ELECTRONIC MANUAL (on the material of the manual «modern computing english»)

Abstract
The modern requirements for the construction and layout of the electronic manual as the basis for a minimum professional information and educational environment are covered in the article. The author substantiated and proved through the pedagogical experiment the need for such guidelines to enhance the professionalization and individualization of education and the effectiveness of the educational process in general.
