The national bank of Ukraine and modern ukrainian realities of the economic crisis

Abstract
The subject of research is the problem of regulation macroeconomic processes by the National Bank of Ukraine in the conditions of globalization of the world economy. The purpose of scientific problems is to study the actions of the National Bank of Ukraine, to detect the factors of its impact on the stability of the banking system during the financial and economical crisis in Ukraine that minimize the negative consequences of the crisis and ensure the stable functioning of the banking establishments. Methods of research. In the study of problem and consummation are used general scientific methods: a systematic approach, methods of abstraction, analysis and synthesis and comparison to study processes the status and trends. Results of work. Based on the study and analysis of international and domestic experience are formulated the recommendations to improving the situation in the Ukrainian banking system and non-admission deterioration of the financial condition of banks and restoring public trust. Practical implications. The theoretical statements, conclusions and recommendations can be used for the formation policy of the normal functioning of the Ukrainian banking system. Conclusions. The National Bank of Ukraine is an important regulatory center that directs of the banking and credit systems, and also is an important factor in the formation and development of the monetary policy in the state.
