THE NATIONAL REVIVAL OF JADIDISM AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF JOURNALISM

Abstract
This article analyzes the impact of the Jadid movement on the process of national revival and its role in the development of journalism. The Jadid movement, which emerged in the Turkestan region in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, sought to promote national identity, promote Enlightenment ideas, and awaken public consciousness through the press. During this period, newspapers and magazines such as "Tarjiman", "Turon", "Oyna", and "Sadoyi Turkistan" were active, becoming the main platforms of the new intellectuals.
