The nature and structure of future psychologists’ readiness for professional self-improvement

Abstract
The article has explored the concept of future psychologists’ readiness for professional self-development as an integrated of system quality attributes of personal formation. The author has allocated and described the motivational and valuable, cognitive, procedure-activity and personal and reflective components of readiness, which provide motivation, purposefulness, meaningfulness, integrity, efficiency and effectiveness of future psychologists to professional activity.
