The order for the initiation of specialproceedings in cases of adoption of a child

Abstract
In the present work the author makes an analysis of the procedural order of submission and receiving of therequest for adoption, conducting a study of procedural conditions, observance of whichis strictly necessary for initiating of the special proceeding of adoption. The author proposes amendment stot he civil procedure legislation and tot he legislation regarding the adoption in the Republic of Moldova in order to improve the mandtoofferfur ther protection for therights and interests of adopted child and adoptive parents.
