Abstract
The aimof this workis to review the theoretical approached to analyze the innovation capacityofenterprises in thesoftware industry ofJalisco, based on a survey ofthecompanies in theSoftwareCenterof the State,as well as evaluatingtheinfluence that hasthe capacity for innovationon competitiveness, seeking empirical evidence toanswer thequestion. The mainhypothesis forthis researchis the ability to innovateis a factor thatpositively affectsthe performanceof companies inthe software industry, which is reflected inthe competitiveness ofsector. Themethods usedin this researchare three:innovativenessindex(ICI), Linear Regression ModelwithOLSandSoftComputingusingevolutionary algorithms: FUZZYCESAR, the latter something very newwhich puts us inthe forefront of knowledgein methodsit isstill.
