The Organization of the Mechanism of Strategic Management at the Modern Manufacturing Plant

Abstract
Today, the efficiency in the activities of many businesses depends on strategic management. It is important that the internal capacity of enterprises correspond to the achievement of long-term corporate goals and development of competitive advantages. In turn the enterprise in the proper measure is not used approaches and methods of strategic management, which negatively affects the economic activities of the organization under constantly changing environmental conditions. Thus, the current direction of formation of the mechanism of strategic management is an important aspect of sustainable growth and development of enterprises.
