The organizational problems of management in innovational enterprises

Abstract
The paper elicits the main definitions and analyzes the objective characteristics of organizational management of Innovational Enterprises (IE). Aimed at researching the information flows and the criteria selection to optimize the IE management, the present study offers its management model. To implement the optimal management, it is suggested to apply the algorithm of management as well as the criteria and methods of evaluation of its efficiency. To implement the algorithm of IE management, it is recommended to use intellectual integrated information systems.
