THE PECULIARITIES OF ADMINISTRATIVE LEGAL TERMINOLOGY IN THE COUNTRIES OF ROMANO-GERMANIC LAW FAMILY

Abstract
The article investigates the administrative features of English legal terminology in the countries of Romano-Germanic legal family. The author analyses the researches of modern foreign scientists on terminology, legal terminology and administrative legal terminology. There are the basic issues of translation of administrative and legal terms in the Romano-Germanic law family.
