It is known that the nature of tissue injury to a great extent depends on the method of operation. Therefore, to optimize the technique of mastectomy in dogs female, clinical and experimental investigation have focused on the improved elements of surgery and reconstruction of the operated wound, which involved the use of minimal tissue trauma by the radical intervention on MG in the case of wide local excision of tumors. 76 dogs female with locally advanced breast cancer evaluated the therapeutic efficacy of the use of traditional methods and modified ways of mastectomy. Based on the research results it was also revealed that sonographic search of the operated wound state allows for objective control of the course of reparative processes in real time, timely detection of postoperative complications and to conduct the corrective treatment. In particular, in cases of serom, their founding, localization identification, and performing the principal evacuation of content is possible with the use of sonography.
