THE PERCEPTION OF ABUSER MANAGER’S EFFECT ON THE INTENTION OF LEAVING JOB: RESEARCH IN STATE AGENCY IN TUNCELI CITY

Abstract

In this research , you can see how the members are effected by the abuser managing perceptions when they are intended to leave their jobs.The research was carried out on a upper unit workers who work in a state agency inTunceli.With the aim of revealing the level of abuser managing perpection,the scale of Abuser Managing which was developed by Tepper(2000) and transtated in to Turkish by Özgen and Ülben(2013),was used in the research.The intention of leaving job was measured by two scales which were developed with two matters by Camman,vd,(1979).As a result of research, it was observed whether abuser managing perception has effects on the intention of leaving job or not.
