The phenomenon of conflict and violence in the information space

Abstract
It is demonstrated that information civilization changes not just the status of the information, that is, the role of its positive effects, but also dramatically expands the negative possibilities. In place of knowledge comes the information, and, more precisely, knowledge, information becomes more specific and difficult to understand, poєtomu obєkt or event that has got into the focus of attention, you need to study more closely than ever in the past. Information becomes the object of a productive and streamline regulation, the results of which depends on the use of information as a strategic resource for the survival of the global society. Today, information flow power is not constrained by any moral or cultural boundaries. Information and psychological manipulation of consciousness is carried out everywhere. And it generates, as a rule, all other forms of violence and cruelty. The article defines the major areas that affects information terrorism.
