The phenomenon of the precedence of epigraphic texts as a linguistic, cultural and cognitive indicator

Abstract
The article reviews the characteristic features of the names of the precedents that play an invaluable role in explaining the issues related to the language and thought in ethno-linguistic and psychological aspects, and are also a weighty factor in epigraphic texts based on reliable sources in covering many aspects of people’s history. The texts expressing the precedence are considered to be especially important in the re-arrangement of the national and moral values of the people and, thus, in uniting people around common values. These names are associated with the images existing in the minds of people, and attract attention with their unanimous common sense and common values.
