Abstract
The article studies the main determinatives of foreign direct investment in the economy. Detected the basic motivational factors that influence to decision of the country to stimulate foreign direct investment. Determinated the main tools of stimulation foreign direct investment. Analyzed the world experience of using investment incentives for foreign investors intensify.
