THE PRIORITY OF THE RIGH T OF AU THORSHIP IN THE COPYR IGH T SYSTEM

Abstract
The right of authorship as the main personal non-property intellectual property right is described in article. The legal problems connected with features of contents, emergence and termination of theright of authorship, protection and protection of the personal non-property rights of authors-testators are analyzed. The article focuses on the successionto the inheritance rights. The analysis of doctrinal approaches to defining right of authorship suggests about narrow and broad notions of this category.
