THE PROBLEM OF CONCEPTUALIZATION OF THE POWER (SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS)

Abstract
Throughout the history of philosophical thought, understanding the role of the phenomenon of power in the life of society has constantly expanded, capturing the newer spheres of social life. The current development of the Ukrainian independent state indicates the imperfection of the existing system of government and its understanding by domestic politicians, scientists, public figures and society as a whole. This was particularly evident in the events that have already entered the new history, which was based on widespread public discontent with the entire system of power and power relations in Ukraine. Today, few doubt that the existing domestic system of government does not meet the current needs of the Ukrainian people. Today's globalization challenges require new scientific approaches to rethinking the philosophical, socio-political, economic and spiritual problems that faced the Ukrainian state, society, every citizen, and the development of scientifically grounded ways for the further development of a democratic state.
