The Problem of Correlation Between the Notions «Constitutional Process» and «Constitutional Procedure».

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of defining the notion of «constitutional process» through the study of its constituent elements and links with related notions, such as «constitutional procedure». The main theoretical approaches are considered and the complex analysis of notions «constitutional process», «constitutional procedure», «legal process» and «legal procedure» is carried out. On the basis of the analysis, the content of these notions, their relationship and interrelationships are established. It is concluded that the constitutional process is a generalizing notion that includes a system of orders of this activity, a set of «technologies» that form a specific order, which differs by conditions for its implementation.
