THE PROBLEM OF DISCRIMINATION IN LABOR RELATIONS

Abstract
The article deals with the concept of «discrimination» and its characteristics in the field of labor relations. The problems of legal regulation concerning discrimination on labor laws are analyzed, with the aim of developing proposals for the improvement of this concept.
