The problem of improving liability in the field of road transport safety

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of scientific opinions of scientists and the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, possible ways of improving the responsibility in the field of safety in road transport are determined. It is substantiated that legal responsibility in the field of safety of road transport has a number of problem points, the solution of which requires a clear definition of the subject of administrative liability, in particular the classification of legal entities, the specification and delineation of cases of application of administrative and economic and administrative sanctions, etc.
