Abstract

With 1990s, the mass, which was included in middle class after getting rid of alternately poverty, rushed into satellite towns by getting far from groups that they did not want to live together. . At the first stage, this spatial disintegration was thought as an exclusion of the poor. However, it creates a new dimension through impressions about that middle class migrating to the satellite town. In the etnographic study commited at satellite town, it was seen that individuls were worry about life at satellite town. When the reasons for their that behaviours are considered by associational reality and analitical evaluation, it is infered that residents of satellite town think they exlude themselves from the other residents of the town. Besides, it was observed that they try to create some tactics to build a new life style. The aim of those tactics is to fill the gap constituted by self-exclusion . This study was professed at Başakşehir 4th and 5th stage built by KİPTAŞ and all information was gathered throug questionnaires and deep interviews.
