THE PROBLEMS OF TRANSPARENCY PRINCIPLE’S LEGAL CONFIRMATION IN THE EXECUTIVE POWER ACTIVITIES IN NATIONAL LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article defines modern state of the principle of transparency’s legal confirmation in the executive power activities at the level of national legislation. The norms of national legislation in the sphere concerning regulation of transparency relations of the executive power are analyzed. The main problems of legal confirmation the principle of transparency in the executive power activities in national legislation are reflected, the ways of their solution are proposed.
