Abstract
In the article the procedural status of a third person regarding the property of whom the issue of arrest is being solved with the purpose of a special confiscation providing is being investigated. It is identified and analyzed problematic issues of representation of a third person, regarding the property of whom the issue of arrest is being solved. In accordance with the investigated subject matter, author’s proposals of improving the domestic criminal procedural legislation are being made.
