The procedure for conducting disciplinary proceedings against a state executor.

Abstract
In the article, on the basis of the analysis of the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, the procedure of conducting disciplinary proceedings concerning the state executor is researched. The author's vision of stages of disciplinary proceedings concerning this category of civil servants is offered. It was stated that today, in a situation where the number of disciplinary misconduct of civil servants, including state executors, is constantly increasing, there was an urgent need for the development and adoption of a single normative legal act "Disciplinary Statute of the State Bailiff Service".
