THE PROCESSUAL ACTIVITY OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COURT THROUGH THE ANALYSIS OF THE ACTUAL JUDICIAL PRACTICE

Abstract
The article explores the practical side of the implementation the processual activity of the administrative court at checking the administrative discretion of the subjects of public administration. The author analyzes the current judicial practice of the administrative courts. The author identifies the problems encountered in practice when exercising the processual possibilities of the court. The conclusion of the article is that in order to eradication the negative practice in the future the administrative courts should adhere to the limits of their activity.
