THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN DIMENSIONS OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AND QS STANDARDS IN INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITIES IN EGYPT

Abstract
The goal of the study is to evaluate the strategic management practices in international universities in Egypt in the light of the classification standards (QS) for University Ranking. This study has tested several hypotheses, the first is: The level of strategic management practices in international universities in Egypt, the second hypothesis is: The differences between the Dimensions of Administration Strategy at the International Universities in Egypt and the QS standards for the classification of universities, the third hypothesis tested: the relationship between the dimensions of directors strategy and the classification standards of International Universities In QS rating. The study reached to several results and the most important results are as follows: 1. The level of strategic management practices of international universities in Egypt is low. 2. There are no significant differences between the role of strategic management in improving the classification standards of QS for universities due to demographic variables and thus reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis, namely that there are no statistically significant differences about the role of strategic management in achieving the QS standards for the classification of universities views. 3. There is a positive correlation between the moral of strategic management practices and the standards for QS for University Ranking. 4. The null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted due to the existence of statistically significant positive relationship between strategic management and QS criteria for the classification of universities and international universities in Egypt.
