The relationship between organizational communications and crisis management in “Youth affairs and sport Organization” in East Azerbaijan, Iran

Abstract
This research aims to investigate the relationship between organizational communications and crisis management in Youth affairs and sport organization in East Azerbaijan, Iran from managers and employees viewpoints. The research methodology is correlation and in order to collect the data from total managers and employees statistical population (58 individuals) selected equal to the sample, the author made questionnaire was used that of this sample 52 individuals answered to 58 questionnaires. The results of the statistical correlation tests showed that there was a positive and significant relationship among organizational relations and organizational relations components with crisis management.
