The Relationship Between the Perceived Value & Swimming Pools Customers’ Satisfaction in The City of Tabriz, Iran

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the perceived value & swimming pools customers’ satisfaction in the city of Tabriz, Iran. The statistical population were consisted of men and women over 15 years old customers. So, the sum sample included 383 of men and women who were randomly selected by cluster sampling statistics based on the Morgan table. data were collected based on two questionnaires, Andrea Eggert and Wolfgang Ulaga (2000) perceived value questionnaire and Magnus Soderlund (1998) satisfaction questionnaire which validated by the sport management experts. The tests reliabilities were measured by the use of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient and the results were respectively 0.955 and 0.911 for perceived value and satisfaction questionnaires. Data analysis was done by descriptive and analytical statistics (Spearman correlation coefficient). The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the perceived value & the amount of participants’ satisfaction of the swimming pools in the city of Tabriz, Iran. (p<0.01).
