The Relationship between Time Management and Job Burnout Elementary School Principals in District 1 City Of Karaj in 2012- 2013EducationalYear

Abstract

This study examined the relationship between time management and its dimensions (setting goals, prioritizing goals and activities, operational planning , delegation , communication management and management meetings) was performed with burnout . The population of the study, all of the elementary schools for a Branch Manager in the 92-91 school year, 56 students (41 females and 15 males) was enrolled. Due to the small sample size was equal to the population size. Study was descriptive - correlational and Data Systems KaramiMoghaddam and Burnout Inventory were used. Time management expert's creamy questionnaire prior to confirmation of the validity very well.Mzlch Burnout Inventory has been used in several studies of high reliability. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of the questionnaire through the Scale of Time Management 0.83 and Burnout Inventory 0.79. Data collected through software SPSS19 Pearson also descriptive and inferential statistics were analyzed. The results showed a significant inverse relationship between time management and burnout there. Between all aspects of time management (setting goals, prioritizing goals and activities, operational planning, delegation, communication management andmanagement meetings) there was a significant inverse relationship with burnout.
