The retrospective analysis of the development of secondary technical education of Katerynoslavshchyna in the late XIX – early XX centuries

Abstract
This article presents the summarizing analysis of the development of secondary technical educational system in Katerynoslavshchyna in the late XIX – early XX century. It is also deals with the general principles of the educational and economic activities of the secondary technical institutions. The author draws an attention to such organizational aspects of the development of education as the establishment and the harmonization of the regulatory framework, conducting of personnel policy, the formation of student’s contingent, the forms and methods of educational process, the content of educational activities. The article reveals the distinctive features of conducting of technical schools, which are caused by the subordination to the various branch ministries.
