The Riemann Zeta Function and Its Analytic Continuation
Journal Title: Journal of Advances in Mathematics and Computer Science - Year 2017, Vol 22, Issue 5
Abstract
The objective of this dissertation is to study the Riemann zeta function in particular it will examine its analytic continuation, functional equation and applications. We will begin with some historical background, then dene of the zeta function and some important tools which lead to the functional equation. We will present four dierent proofs of the functional equation. In addition, the (s) has generalizations, and one of these the Dirichlet L-function will be presented. Finally, the zeros of (s) will be studied.

Variants of Compatible Mappings in Menger Spaces
In this paper, we introduce the notions of compatible mappings of type(R), type (K) and type (E) in Mengers paces and prove some common fixed point theorems for these mappings. In fact, we call these maps as variants of...
Convergence Analysis of a Non-overlapping DDM for Optimal Absorbing Boundary Control Problems Governed by Wave Equations
A non-overlapping domain decomposition method (DDM) is described to solve optimal boundary control problems governed by wave equations with absorbing boundary condition. The whole domain is divided into non-overlapping s...
A Recommendation for Classical and Robust Factor Analysis
Considering the factor analysis methods (classical or robust), the data input (data or scaled data), and the running matrix (covariance or correlation) all together, there are 8 combinations. The objective of the study i...
Formal Analysis of MCAP Protocol Against Replay Attack
Replay attack is considered a common attacking technique that is used by adversaries to gain access to confidential information. Several approaches have been proposed to prevent replay attack in security-critical systems...
Conflict Resolution for Sacramento-San-Joaquin Delta with Stability and Sensitivity Analyses Using the Graph Model
The goal of this paper is to resolve the strategic long-term dispute for the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta California using the Graph Model approach for conflict resolution. To facilitate the analysis, a Decision Support...
