The right of the accused to be informed about the accusation

Abstract
Within this article, the author analyzes the conditions that must be fulfilled for the person to be considered charged with a crime, the requirements for indictment, in criminal sense, the realization of this criminal procedural measure according to the legislation of other states and the case-law of the European Court, which establishes that bringing an accusation without respecting the legal requirements and the necessary minimum established by the law constitutes an interference in person’s life.
