The right of the European Union as determinants influencing the legal model of the criminal proceeding form

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the law of the European Union as a determinant, influencing the legal model of a criminal procedural form. It is noted that the European integration processes of Ukraine make it necessary to introduce a system of measures aimed at harmonizing the criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine with the law of the European Union.
