Abstract
The article deals with the role and importance of principles of adversarial measures to ensure the application of the criminal proceedings. Proved that adversarial role in choosing and applying measures to ensure the criminal proceedings determined that these processes involved judgment not only as an implementation tool of justice, but the prosecution and defense. It is noted that in the future we should talk about deeper rooting adversarial principle, particularly by optimizing the function of the defense in applying measures to ensure the criminal proceedings.
