THE ROLE OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN THE FORMATION OF THE POSITIVE IMAGE AND BUSINESS REPUTATION OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article argues that every enterprise that cares about its business reputation should build its activities on the principles of social responsibility. The necessity and advantages of socially responsible behavior as a condition of forming a positive image and business reputation of enterprises in modern society are substantiated. The main directions, by which enterprises should improve their social responsibility, are defined. The sequence of actions in the process of forming the model of the company’s interaction with stakeholders is proposed. The main reputational advantages, which are the result of the corporate social responsibility of the company, are outlined.
