THE ROLE OF CSR AND SOCIAL DIALOGUE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

Abstract

In the article the author describes the idea of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and social dialogue examined mainly at the workplace level. In the issues raised he proves how import_ant in a turbulent business environment is a skillful management of the company through a real dialogue, which in turn is made possible by the implementation of CSR as a model management of modern enterprise. As a consequence of these activities is the creation of the regional labor market as the so - called good codes of practice of management improvement chosen by the author show. In this paper the author equates CSR and a staff dialogue, which complement each other at the same time and contribute to the increase of the efficiency of the company and to the rise of its quality mark to all interested groups of stakeholders.
