The role of recruitment and staff development in the management of economic development of enterprises with the aim of increase its competitiveness

Abstract
The article is devoted to defining the role of management recruitment and professional development in the overall management of economic development enterprise. An algorithm for the formation of such a system taking into account the improvement of the management subsystem recruitment and staff development to enhance enterprise competitiveness and efficiency of its economic development is designed.
