THE ROLE OF «SOCIAL WORK WITH VARIOUS CATEGORIES AND GROUPS OF CLIENTS» AS A DISCIPLINE IN THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS

Abstract
The article highlights the place and role of professionally focused discipline «Social work with different categories and groups of clients» in the system of vocational training of future social workers. Main attention is focused on professional competences, formation and development of which the discipline can ensure. The article also provides author’s vision of the discipline’s content concerning the list of categories and groups of clients – objects of social work reveals, and offers a unified scheme of presentation of lecture material.
