THE ROLE OF THE STATE LAND CADASTRE IN THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract
This article explores the significance and economic importance of maintaining a state land cadastre system. It aims to highlight the objectives and functions of the land cadastre in the context of national economic development. Land, as a non-expandable and non-depleting natural resource, holds a strategic position in any economy. The administration of a state land cadastre plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management of land resources. Through the cadastre system, the legal status of land parcels, ownership details, and usage rights are clearly defined. This clarity facilitates investment attraction, increases tax revenues, and promotes more efficient land use. Moreover, the cadastre system plays a key role in assessing land market value, thereby supporting broader economic development objectives.
